To be a Cecchetti Canada (CC) member is to be part of a nationally and internationally respected organization whose members form a close-knit community of qualified teaching professionals dedicated to disseminating and upholding the highest standards of classical ballet training as inspired by the Cecchetti method, developed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and still in use worldwide.

Membership with Cecchetti Canada carries concurrent membership with Cecchetti International Classical Ballet (CICB), an international organization dedicated to honouring the legacy of Maestro Cecchetti, and host to the International Cecchetti Competition held in a different country every three years. Corporate members of CICB hail from Australia, Canada, England, Italy, South Africa and the United States of America.

Becoming a certified teacher is a significant milestone in a dance teaching career, and Cecchetti Canada welcomes and supports interested candidates in achieving this goal.
